Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times. G2G123 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method registered to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Processing times vary by method but G2G123 targets completion within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours.
G2G123 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where suspicious activity is detected, where KYC documentation is outstanding, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.
All transactions for Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Where cryptocurrency is used, the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction will be applied.

G2G123 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). VIP tier eligibility, cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and other benefits are governed by the VIP Program Terms available on the Platform. G2G123 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program at any time.
G2G123 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects technical errors, odds errors, system failures, or any form of advantage play. A bet is not deemed accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet confirmation reference has been issued to the user.
In the event of a manifest error (including incorrect odds, game malfunction, or system failure), G2G123 reserves the right to void all bets affected and refund stakes. Neither party shall have any further claim in respect of such voided bets. The display of an incorrect game outcome due to a technical error will not be binding on G2G123.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, UEFA Europa League, international football, UFC, ONE Championship, and eSports events — are governed by the sports-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Rules on match abandonment, bet settlement timing, and disputed results are outlined in those market-specific rules.
In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time. Due to the nature of live betting, G2G123 may suspend markets without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G2G123 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Users may close their account at any time by contacting G2G123 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to a verified payment method subject to completion of KYC.
Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds and VIP tier status are forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue to apply after the closure of your account.
